Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of ClientPick, a service operated by ELK NEST LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

ClientPick finds public posts on Threads in which people describe a need, shows why each one may fit the business you describe, and drafts a first message. You decide whom to contact and you send every message yourself. ClientPick never sends, likes, follows or replies on your behalf.

Results depend on what people post publicly and on your brief. We do not promise any number of results, replies or sales.

2. Your account

You need an account to search. Keep your password safe and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to contact people found through ClientPick only in a lawful and respectful way: no spam, no harassment, no misleading claims, and no contact with anyone who has asked you to stop. You must follow the rules of the platforms you use to reach them and the anti-spam and data-protection laws that apply to you. You must not resell or publish the results, or use the service to build a contact database.

4. Plans and payment

The Free plan shows a limited number of results without contact details. The Pilot plan costs $24 per month, billed monthly in advance until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may be added where required.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise; see our Refund Policy.

6. Content and data

The posts shown in ClientPick are public posts written by other people; we summarise them and link to the original. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Notice.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep ClientPick available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using ClientPick and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
